The parathas here are amazing. Made fresh and the mooli paratha is so delicious. Their chai and samosas are also really good. Enjoy the bustle, the sign of a well loved place.

This little shop fills up quickly and has limited seating. While I didn't get a chance to try their street snacks, the jalebi and masala chai were delightful. They also offer a variety of tempting sweets to choose from.

I came here thinking it was the same chaat and sweets shop that had occupied the same space years ago but I soon realized it was a different one. Or it changed ownership and changed names.. I ordered a samosa chaat which was very good.

Casual eatery with the best paranthas and samosa chaat! They also have incredible chole but I've never been a fan of the bhature. Definitely get the samosa chaat if you don't know what to get. I have also bulk ordered 100 samosas from here in the past and the packing and pick up was hassle free.

Moving to Queens, Jackson heights was a point of interest, particularly the samosa! So this cheap place got my attention. I had the samosa chaat (a samosa smothered in stuff, and this vegetarian lunch special. Everything is vegetarian. Service is friendly and it's a hole in the wall for sure, which I love!

I'm so surprised how packed this place was even at 4pm on a weekday afternoon. Got a recommendation for my friend to try this place out so I was very excited. It's a bit confusing on how to order, but essentially you first order at the counter and then they'll call your name/order. They are all extremely friendly and happy to give you recommendations and explain different menu items to you. - Samosa Chaat - I've never had a chaat where they put a whole samosa inside, which was incredibly smart as it gave the chaat different textures and flavors. It was interesting that the chaat was on the sweeter side. I also really appreciate all the layers and textures this had to offer. - Chole Bhature - They gave such a huge portion of this! I imagine this is what home-cooked Indian food tastes like as it made you feel good. The best part about this dish, other than the extremely tasty bhatura, was the green sauce they had on the side. I'm not really sure what this was, but I really appreciate how it was both sweet and salty at the same time. - Kaju Katli - This is my first time trying this sweet and I thought it was okay. I thought the cardamom flavor was very intense, but I appreciate the cashew and rose water flavors. Overall, great eat in Jackson Heights and I will be coming back for more.

One of my favorite places to grab Indian quick eats and the price is great for the generous portions. The food always comes warm and getting your order is extremely quick. I usually pass by to get home from the metro and it's so convenient to just pick something up on the way.
